 Our Work

Today we serve SIBERIAN MISSION from the US

We have left behind in Vilyuisk the legacy of God’s love among the Sakha people. We have forged a reputation of servant hood and love among them. In our stay in the States the last 2 years, we have continued to send monetary support to the Evangelical Church in Yakutsk, and have continued to encourage and edify Sakha and Russian pastors through monetary support, email and solid doctrinal materials. We have established Siberian Mission as a 501(C)(3) in the State of Virginia, as a vehicle to support, and help equip and strengthen the body of Christ in the Sakha Republic. Our desire is to raise the awareness of the body of Christ in the United States with what God is doing through the body of Christ in Yakutia, and to be a conduit of monetary and spiritual support and encouragement to our brothers and sisters there.

Should the Lord allow us to return short or long term to our home among the Sakha, we pine for that day, and will oversee the mission from here until that day comes. My work as Dean of the Missions Department at The Masters Graduate School of Divinity can be administrated from Siberia over the internet. Our prayer remains that God restore our health to the point that we could go back.

We will also serve Siberian Mission through The Masters Graduate School of Divinity

On Labor Day weekend, 2004, The Masters Graduate School of Divinity is planning to launch a new department of missions which will offer masters and doctorate degrees in Missiology. Michael has been asked to be the Dean of this new department.

The Masters Graduate School of Divinity has a central, griping doctrine, critical to the health of the body of Christ today: the complete, total, inerrancy and sufficiency of Scripture in faith and practice. The message of the gospel, incarnated in the lives of men and women, relevant to every people group, educational, and economic strata, is the focus of the new missions program of The Masters Divinity School. Michael brings his experience of home missions in the drug slums of Philadelphia as well as his years as a pioneer missionary among the Sakha people of the Sakha Republic to the body of Christ, as God is calling his people to fulfill his commission of bringing the gospel to all peoples.

Siberian Mission will be used as the model for a curriculum, designed to teach pioneer missions in the third millennium.
